A Celebration of Local Authors

DUNN's AUTHORS in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, is hosting "A Celebration of Local Authors" at their bookstore in Wellington Square Mall on Saturday, November 30th, from Noon to 2 pm. Three of the Sault's local authors will be on hand to sign copies of their latest books.

Dr. Gina Mohammed, research scientist, distills her observations of plants and people into a book of inspirational reflections called "Catnip and Kerosene Grass – What Plants Teach Us About Life". Anita Daher, novelist, journalist, and radio personality, tells an exciting tale of accepting loss and escaping a forest fire in her newest children's chapter book, "Flight from Big Tangle". And Alexander M. Ross, Professor Emeritus at the University of Guelph, writes a timely novel about a young man's struggle with the after-effects of war in "A Part of Me is Missing".

Everyone is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served, and there will be giveaways and a prize draw for the kids.
